Empowering Excellence: Unleashing Gelandy's Team Execution Power for a Resounding Impact!

Last week, Gelandy Business School's training proceeded as scheduled. The training primarily focused on team execution capability, encompassing the impact of efficient or inefficient team execution on the company, as well as Gelandy team's execution situation in 2023. Attendees included personnel from the sales team, solid surface workshop, quartz stone workshop, countertop processing workshop, bathroom products workshop management, research and development staff, and more.

The first half of the year, the efficiency of the team's execution capability has generally met the requirements. However, we continue to seek greater progress,so that to achieve higher customer satisfaction levels and better accomplish this year's objectives. Simultaneously, during the training period, the new management system of Gelandy Business School was introduced, alongside a summary of Gelandy's performance in the first half of the year.

During this training session, colleagues from our foreign trade department actively participated in discussions and gained significant insights.
